The Formula

The five stages in the process for using The Learning Series are:

1A.  Needs Analysis Questionnaire
1.   Self-Assessment Questionnaire
2.   Scores and Suggestions for Action
3.   Personal Development Plan
4.   Implementation
5.   Review

 

These stages are summarised in the diagram below:

1A. Needs Analysis Questionnaire

The learner can complete an optional Needs Analysis Questionnaire to identify development priorities.

1. Self-Assessment Questionnaire

The learner completes a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (this takes about 10 minutes to complete).

2. Scores and Suggestions for Action

The learner immediately receives their scores and tailor-made Suggestions for Action.

3. Personal Development Plan

Suggestions for Action link into a robust Personal Development Plan framework.

4. Implementation

The learner implements the PDP's with support (e.g. from their manager or mentor, classroom training, online courses).

5. Review

The learner reviews whether they have implemented their PDP successfully - this may lead them back to change their plan, select further suggestions, or complete this or another questionnaire.
