How do I register?

1. Click on the Register with Peter Honey link on the left of the screen.
2. You will then be taken to a registration page where you will be asked to enter your name, some personal details such as your age group, sex, location and job role. These details are required so that you can benchmark yourself against any chosen group of people.
   You will also be asked to provide your email address and your own personal password. Any data that you submit will then be attached to a unique identifier that is a combination of the two fields.
   
3. When you register you will need to enter an entry code as provided by your administrator. If you do not have this code, please contact your site administrator.

How do I log on when I come back to the site after I have registered?

Once you have registered and when you come back to the web site, you log on by entering the email address and password that you provided when you registered.

The data that you submit is private to you and cannot be accessed by any other person. The only way that this information can be accessed is by logging on with the email address and password that you provided when you registered.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password' link on the home page. Then enter your email address and we'll email you with a reminder message.

How do I complete a questionnaire?

Select your desired questionnaire from the menu on the left. Then click on 'Do the Questionnaire' on the right.
